What’s your wedding cancellation/rescheduling policy?

For wedding packages, a $250 or event deposit is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and serves as a cancellation fee. Thereafter, the remaining balance is due on the the date of the wedding.

If the client requires to change the wedding date,  we will do my best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged if the new date is available and within six months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If we are not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

Do you charge travel fee?

Yes, we do charge $50 travel fees over 30 to 50 miles of our Miami  location. Custom fees will applied for lengthier travel or destination wedding.

How many photographs can we expect?

A good rule of thumb is 50 to 70 deliverable color corrected images per hour of coverage.

How long after our wedding before we will see our photos?

Typically, you will receive Digital Gallery of the color corrected High Resolution images within 15 to 20  business days after your wedding. Next, you will choose the images for the further retouching (quantity will depend on your package), and you will received within next 10 days.
